She is the light of my life. My travel buddy since 2014. We have been all over the west together. We love her so much. The best things about Lilo are her smile, love for others, and her compassion she shows to those who need extra love. Her silent companionship helps others with nervous tension. She will see or feel that someone in the family or visiting will be tense or nervous or just out of place. To comfort them she will walk over and sit right next to them or put her head in their lap. Soon, without even realizing they are petting her and feeling a little better.

When I don’t feel well, she is by my side and comforting me as I rest. She is not only calming for humans, she has helped many furry friends and furry family members come into our lives. Some have been very scared at first and she will help them break that feeling by welcoming them into our home and space.
